Additional Photos from Epstein Estate Disclosed by Democratic US Congress Members

Development layouts for Epstein's private tropical island included in the released materials.

Also included in this recent document disclosure appears to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, found in the American territory.

Jeffrey Epstein acquired a smaller island - Little St James - back in 1998, but later purchased the larger Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

These photos reveal he had drawn up development schemes to develop the sprawling island by constructing residences, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a reservoir.

Visible on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.

The site plan is annotated in notations in red and includes a legend labelling different sections of the estate.

In addition to this are what seem to be several other property layouts and engineering blueprints, such as designs for marina coverings.

Additional images disclosed as part of the current investigative process.
